This is one of our favourite quick breakfast recipes, especially when it is hot outside!☀️🌴 A 100% plant-based smoothie bowl.
For two bowls (or a huge one🤤), we blend together:
1 banana
1 pear
250ml soy yoghurt
300g of mixed frozen berries (we love black, blue, rasp, red, currant)
We like to top it off with our own muesli (see our previous post), some dates, coconut, chia seeds, and a kiwi. But you can add any fruit you like! You can eat this breakfast all day.♡
